![]() So, a couple of days ago, i installed a gaming app called “The Sims Freeplay”, both on my phone and on tablet, same app version, and both were cloned from the original app (i changed the app package name), i have done this with numerous other apps with no problem, both on phone and on tablet. Problem: Hi, after doing some googling and found no answer to address my issue, so i decided to email you in hope that you could help me troubleshoot this problem. In case the problem still persists then this is most likely a hardware related problem already in which case you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked. Solution: Try using a different SIM card in the phone as the problem could be caused by a faulty SIM. Please help I have tried all possible solutions given online and given technicians to try it out too. I have also taken it to a number of phone technicians but to no avail…there is just a circle with a forward line on the network space. I tried everything from factory reset, to maybe trying to unlock. It was working fine but suddenly lost network and has never worked. ![]() I have a Note 8 that lost its network signal suddenly. Solution: The first thing that you should do in this case is to clear the cache and data of the text messaging app. I have tested with my wife’s phone, where I can send her a message and she receives it, but it doesn not show in the convo either on my phone, then when she replies and I open messages, her name etc disappears from the list in my convos. I get a notification, but there is nothing in my conversations. Everything seems to have transferred correctly, but I am unable to view any new text messages I receive. I’ve already made Chrome my default browser, I’ve tried disabling Samsung internet, etc. I have one minor annoyance I haven’t been able to solve – web links in Gmail, text, everywhere that used to be able to “open in Chrome” via the top right 3 dot menu are now default to “open in Samsung internet”.
